Four different toppings of this delicious speciality are available as deep-frozen products.
The product range is complemented by fresh and deep-frozen dough sheets for individual toppings and baking.

| The Alsatian speciality delights more and more the European taste buds
The Alsace is a region in north-east of France, which lies on the south-west border of Germany and on the north of Switzerland. It is famous for its excellent food in general and in particular for its Tarte Flambée.
A thin dough base, topped with a mixture of creme fraîche, onions and bacon, is baked for a short period in a wood-fired oven with a stone floor and so becomes the well-known and much loved Alsatian Tarte Flambée.
In the beginning it was the hearty preparation of a thin pastry, but nowadays you can enjoy also the variation with a sweet topping with coffee or as an in-between snack.
Originally known only as a regional speciality, now also the Europeans have discovered the Tarte Flambée. With the spread of Alsatian cooking, the Tarte Flambée can now be found more often on the menu of select restaurants.
Our company, the Flammkuchen Profi GmbH, has been baking since 1982 this thin bread dough and now presents the four variants for the German catering retail, three hearty and one sweet variant.

The company was founded in 1982, has been expanding continually and has opened new distribution channels. In 1993 it was finally decided to up-grade the professional production with the newest, computer-controlled technology. The correct composition of the dough mixture is also carried out automatically, as is the flat pressing and baking. Only the best raw materials are used and after the production of the Tarte Flambées, these are shock-frozen in a high-tech freezer column and individually packed in an environment-friendly recyclable film, which keeps the product fresh until consumed at home ...
